Comments about individual users
This section is for discussing specific users who have violated Misplaced Pages policies and guidelines. In order to request comments on a user's actions, follow the instructions to create a subpage in the section below. Disputes over the writing of articles, including disputes over how best to follow the NPOV policy, belong in the Article content disputes section above.
Deleting uncertified user RfCs
Requests for comment which do not meet the minimum requirements 48 hours after creation are considered "uncertified" and will be de-listed. See Misplaced Pages:Requests for comment#User-conduct RfC for the minimum requirements. The subject RFC page will also be deleted, unless the subject has explicitly requested it to be retained.
Archives
Old discussions are kept in Misplaced Pages:Requests for comment/User conduct disputes archive.

- Aucaman Chronic violator of the 3rr, engages in personal attacks (WP:NPA), ignores consensus (WP:CON), possibly part of a Zionist movement, hijacks one or two pages by repeatedly reverting, using banners and excessive texts in the discussion page, incivil behavior (WP:CIVIL), gaming the system (WP:POINT), assuming bad faith(WP:AGF), harassment (WP:STALK), and engages in personal attacks (WP:NPA).
- hakozen – keeps changing the article on the Huns to claim they were Turkic, even though we've worked hard to make this page show all sides of the issue; the exact ethnic identity of the Huns is disputed, and we want the page to reflect that. Nonetheless, Hakozen keeps changing all NPOV mentions of "uncertain" etc. to "Turkic" and no longer participates on the Talk page. After I contacted him on his user page, he claimed I and the other level-headed editors were anti-Turk racists serving Greek and Armenian masters. CRCulver 01:58, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

- 205.240.227.15 Repeated pov vandal. Has been blocked several times. Problems ranging from WP:NPOV to WP:3RR. Athough there has been problems with personal attacks, they are not (so far) part of this RFC, simply due to the shear amount of article-related problems.--Colle|File:Locatecolle.gif|Talk-- 00:36, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
- Mr j galt – - Problems with WP:NPOV, WP:POINT, WP:AGF, WP:CIVIL, WP:NPA, WP:NOR, and gaming of WP:3RR, etc. After conducting a multi-front revert war on the Plame affair, Larry Johnson (political commentator), and Valerie Plame articles that drove all three into protection, the user then extended his attempt to about a dozen articles related to the Plame matter, repeating the very same kinds of edits in order to cast erroneous doubt on the established facts of the case. Any editor challenging him is inevitably accused by Mr j galt of whatever it is he himself has been accused, in a classic Troll style. 22:25, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
- 65.182.172.x – NOTE: The IP 65.182.172.87 has been blocked for one month as of February 6, 2006. User shows repeated pattern of violating WP:AGF, WP:NPA, and Misplaced Pages:Harassment with talk page comments. Has repeatedly posted personally identifying information about Misplaced Pages editors despite having been told not to. - AdelaMae 12:31, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

- Sarcelles: Mainly WP:NPOV, WP:RS, and WP:V. He has forced at least three Wikipedians to chase after every single one of his edits since April 2005. This has got to stop. -- ran (talk) 18:58, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
Use of administrator privileges
This section is only for discussions specifically related to the use of sysop rights by Misplaced Pages:Administrators. This includes the actions of protecting or unprotecting pages, deleting or undeleting pages, and blocking or unblocking users. If the dispute is over an admin's actions as an editor, it should be listed under the General user conduct section above. To list a dispute, create a subpage using the following sample as a template:
- Misplaced Pages:Requests for comment/Example admin - Allegations: {one or two short sentences giving the dry facts} ~~~~~
As with disputes over general user conduct, at least two people must certify that they believe there is a legitimate basis for the complaint. If the listing is not certified within 48 hours of listing, it will be deleted.
Candidate pages - still need to meet the two person threshold
Approved pages - have met the two person threshold
