Stubhub.com is an online marketing company trying to emulate National Student Marketing Corporation.

Founders: The founders of the company are former Investment bankers.

Controversy: A Member of the senior managament of Stubhub.com is married to a senior advisor of Meg Whitman of ebay.

Ebay Powersellers have complained that this realationship has negatively affected ebay's online ticket marketplace and represents a Conflict of interest.


The company is backed by Venture capital.
