I have to admit that I am really quite surprised that this page has been deleted on 'notability' reasons. A quick Google search for "Amazing racist" produces 67,600 results.
There already is a large body of material on the internet concerning this person.
This is my proposal for the basis of how the undeleted article should look. Here goes.
The Amazing Racist
The Amazing Racist is a stage name used by Los Angeles based comedian Ari Shaffir for a series of comedy sketches.
The series was originally filmed for the DVD "National Lampoon Presents Lost Reality". The DVD came out in 2004.
The comedy is derived from Ari Shaffirs willingness to act in a manner which is apparently overtly racist, and at odds with the accepted etiquette of the day.
The sketches have gained notoriety among internet users, provoking much debate, and Ari Shaffir has himself been the recipient of death threats, such is the depth of emotion he has evoked.

Undeletion update
I'm having trouble comprehending whats going on here. This dudes listed in the IMDB, he's been on two commercially released National Lampoons DVDs, he's been in adverts, he's been interveiwed for the press, and there are message boards accross the net jam packed with comments about this dude, but some people reckon that he's still non noteable.
You know what, if anyone is reading this, understand this :
THE AMAZING RACIST IS NOT RACIST
I know that's a difficult concept for some of you do-gooding deletion addicts out there, but this article has been, quite simply, been deleted as a result of overtly simplistic thinking. The sketches are designed to show racist activity. The comedy derives from the unorthodox behavour of the character portrayed by Ari Shaffir, not from the supposed 'victims' of the sketches, who are in fact themselves actors, paid for their contributions.
This article has been deleted because well meaning, but rather dim, wikipedians saw this article, suffered from the knee-jerk reaction which Ari Shaffir knew it would create, and had it deleted on flimsy grounds of noteability, basically because
1) Misplaced Pages doesn't censor content just becuase a few pussies don't like it
and 2) There's nothing that these pussies could ordinarily do to remove this content which they found so objectionable.
It's actually quite ironic when you think about it. The guys who vote to remove shit like this from wikipedia think that they are doing us all some sort of favour, by sparing us from what they see as racist material. By removing patently anti-racist material like Ari Shaffir though, which these simple minded bufoons see as racist, they are actually working against the cause which they think they are assisting. Sorta funny really.
Oh well, it doesn't look like getting back up an time soon. Why not check out the Ari Shaffir page instead?
