If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

Apollo 13 splashdown photo

Please make note of the correct way to code a picture inside an article:

The "thumb" argument is necessary; omitting it makes the picture full-size, and messes up the page. There also needs to be a caption. If you wanted to change the photo (in this case I think the color picture is an improvement), you only need to change the filename, but leave the rest.

However, there happens to be two things wrong with your Apollo 13 crew after recovery.png picture:

It isn't cropped correctly; it's very small in the upper left hand corner, with white space around it;
The PNG format should only be used for drawings, or renderings such as insignia. Photographs, and paintings, should be in JPG format.

The same applies to File:Apollo 13 crew after recovery.png and File:Splash Mountain at Walt Disney World with the lapbars.gif. Please include a direct URL in the "Source" parameter whenever you are creating a description page for a file - simple website names (e.g. "allears.net") are not sufficient. Second, are you sure that the latter image is in the public domain? The watermark reads "© Ashley Livingston". When a file is uploaded to Misplaced Pages, the sourcing and licensing information must be accurate. Thanks. Super Mario Man 21:56, 12 October 2012 (UTC)

I declined the speedy as I (eventually) found the image. Please put the url of the image in the box in future, and for images that are cc-by-sa-3.0, we must use the same license as the remote site. Images that cannot be checked will often get deleted. Ronhjones 21:51, 12 October 2012 (UTC)
