Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is a PlayStation Portable port of the original PlayStation video game Valkyrie Profile by tri-Ace (known for their Star Ocean series and recently Radiata Stories). The game was released on March 2, 2006 in Japan and will be released in America sometime this year. It is unknown what development team did this port as tri-Ace denied being involved in it.

The port is of the Japanese version and therefore does not have any of the improvements that the English version did. Such improvements were being able to adjust all your characters armor instead of just the battle party as well as being informed when you change Lenneth's weapon from a sword to a bow. The animation of Lezard's tower is not included.

"Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth" has been trademarked in North America, and it has recently been confirmed to be one of Square-Enix's 2006 releases and will be on display at E3, along with Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria, which will also be released in North America this year.

New to the game is Full Motion Video, replacing or adding to current scenes in the game. New scenes include Jelanda's transformation into a monster and the first meeting of Brahms while the kiss between Lucian and Lenneth before he is sent to Valhalla replaces the existing scene. All the FMVs are story events.

The game contains additional scenes to help tie in the sequel. The only obvious one is the inclusion of an FMV that shows Alicia from VP: Silmeria witnessing Barbarossa's execution. Any other references maybe appear in the dialogue.
