Misplaced Pages:Notability (geographic features)

Are you sure it's wise to attach a notability guideline tag to this page with only a poorly-advertised RfC gaining minimal attendance? The guideline itself doesn't appear to be very fleshed out and some participants have brought up concerns of contradictions and clarity. ThemFromSpace 23:53, 17 December 2012 (UTC)

Replied there. — Hex (❝?!❞) 11:46, 18 December 2012 (UTC)

I think an update of {{Notability}} with a new parameter value will be good as well. Staszek Lem (talk) 02:20, 18 December 2012 (UTC)

Squatting

Hi Hex, I'm excited to have stumbled across Misplaced Pages:WikiProject_Squatting and I'll sign up. If you have time, I'd welcome your opinion on a dilemma concerning Squatting in England and Wales, posted here. It's a problem of categorisation more than anything else and worth resolving now since I envisage Squatting the page steadily growing larger, so we'll probably need to fork it more in future. All the best for 2013! Mujinga (talk) 11:25, 3 January 2013 (UTC)

Courtesy note regarding arbitration motion

Hi Hex. Please know that I've proposed a motion in relation to the present RFAR concerning your block of O'Dea. The motion is located here. Regards, AGK 15:22, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

Arbitration motion regarding User:Hex

Resolved by motion at Misplaced Pages:Arbitration/Requests/Case that:

The Arbitration Committee has considered the request for arbitration concerning Hex (talk · contribs · blocks · protections · deletions · page moves · rights · RfA)'s block of O'Dea (talk · contribs). There is no evidence of a significant, recurring problem with Hex's use of his administrator permissions. However, Hex is:

(A) Reminded that he must obey the community's "involved administrators" policy;
(B) Admonished for blocking O'Dea when no block was appropriate; and
(C) Reminded that he must be fully responsive to valid criticism by the community of his actions.

For the Arbitration Committee, (X! · talk)  · @866  ·  19:47, 7 January 2013 (UTC)
