Also-I need {{Help me}} with an edit-war involving repeated deletion of encyclopediac material that is not assembled anywhere else.24.0.133.234 (talk) 20:45, 6 February 2013 (UTC) see The real Housewives of New Jersey Talk page for discussion please.24.0.133.234 (talk) 20:45, 6 February 2013 (UTC) I am so tired of coming to Misplaced Pages and having to check the history of edit page to verify the info. So MUCH material gets deleted here by heavy-handed, power-hungry editors for stupid reasons. Copyright vio's and plagiarism I understand but people go TOO FAR and I sometimes wonder if they are really trying to destroy this resource because that is exactly what they are doing. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Misplaced Pages pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 03:50, 5 February 2013 (UTC) screw you too sinebot we don't have time for this garbage tell it to your bot friends~~ SHUT-UP sinebot! sinebot you are a bot and you do not understand English.19:25, 6 February 2013 (UTC) I suspect that many people here using and editing Misplaced Pages are causing the destruction of Misplaced Pages by acting like bots. It is really hard to assume good faith when editors do not seem to be comprehending anything except Wiki-shortcut jargon. Give yourself a *! 24.0.133.234 (talk) 19:25, 6 February 2013 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Ariconte. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Foulksrath Castle, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Ariconte (talk) 22:39, 5 February 2013 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Misplaced Pages, as you did to Foulksrath Castle with this edit. Misplaced Pages is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate may links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Misplaced Pages uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 07:46, 6 February 2013 (UTC)

YIKES! I was trying to add a source! Since your other complaint involved original research and i read what you deleted and as per Wiki policy the source material reference was actually alluded to in the text, (that you deleted)----the BBC paranormal investigation group? I found a source and added it. If you want to yell at me for using incorrect code you probably have a point!24.0.133.234 (talk) 07:51, 6 February 2013 (UTC) And how dare you call my completely accurate resource an "inappropriate link"-the nerve. Do you even understand the English language? Can you read anything except Wiki-policy shortcuts that nobody has time for?24.0.133.234 (talk) 08:05, 6 February 2013 (UTC)

I'm going to reply down here, since I'm not sure what exactly is going on in that top section (though I think, at one point, you started arguing with SineBot).
Now, if you would; could I get a clear, concise reply as to what exactly you're having trouble with? I see that the Real Housewives article is the one you've edited most recently. What are other editors doing that's unnerving you? m.o.p 22:19, 6 February 2013 (UTC)

TY-yes, I am arguing w/sinebot24.0.133.234 (talk) 22:32, 6 February 2013 (UTC) And, I am stating my disgust with all bot and bot-like vandalism by persons who know nothing about what they are destroying. After trying to get a place to discuss the issue, they have deleted it four times already (the discussion!). http://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Talk:The_Real_Housewives_of_New_Jersey&action=history Here is the original problem again for anyone just seeing this: All of the Real Housewives shows, have their own page on Misplaced Pages. New Jersey, New York, Atlanta..... on each page, there is/was/were entries, which have taken YEARS to compile by many editors. We are calling them, "quotes" but really they are signature title-card thingys. They, ("quotes"statements...), are revealed each season for each character. I should add here that this has happened before and the consensus was to allow the material to stay but I cannot find that yet. The items were deleted by one editor and then undone and the editor was asked politely to please discuss this before taking any actions on ALL "Real Housewives" pages again, in-order to come to a conclusion. Hilarity is ensuing. But not really because I am thinking about just taking the material myself or putting it on TV-Tropes or somewhere where it can be appreciated and utilized rather-than allow it to be placed at risk by ignorant/or troll wannabees. I really do not feel like learning the inner bot-speak and all that is required to secure Misplaced Pages in what looks like a war that has been lost a long time ago.24.0.133.234 (talk) 22:32, 6 February 2013 (UTC)
