Born in Mountkip or Edinburgh

A Help Desk requests sought a determination of whether Swan was born in Mountkip or Edinburgh. This source says she was born in Mountskip, near Edinburgh in 1859. This source notes that the Discover Scottish Writers series published by the Scottish Library Association identifies Swan as being born in Edinburgh. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 12:56, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
