Congratulations
I noticed the essay you created on Christian POV was recently moved to general essay space. Good work. Now, you may want to prepare for a swift and highly-coordinated WP:MfD attack on the essay by the dogma police who are hell-bent (pun intended) on deleting it. Ignocrates (talk) 16:17, 28 February 2013 (UTC)
- Just noticing how Ignocrates seems to be engaging in clear and explicit violations of conduct guidelines in the above comment, which, honestly, is in no way a surprise when dealing with him. Regarding the allegation about being "hell-bent," such a statement clearly indicates a rather obsessive personal view regarding matters of religion, and could not unreasonably be said to be a serious indication of serious POV problems. But, as someone who has already been described, laughably, as Satan's stupider younger brother, I can say that personally I have no particular objections to seeing it remain, although it probably does need some serious clean-up and removal of POV pushing, and to also rather seriously be in violation of several policies and guidelines, which by definition take priority over essays. One particular and obvious one is your apparent belief that groups which have maybe membership in the range of 1 in 100,000 living people can be described as being of "medium" size, when I think those figures fairly clearly indicate to any rational outsider that they are rather clearly "small" by any objective standard. But Ignocrates seems to have developed as his primary interest engaging in unsupported, and often ridiculous, aspersions of others of late, and, honestly, I can well imagine that his somewhat obvious paranoia regarding his own beliefs, which seem to have little if any notability, can be seen as being the driving force behind his recent conduct. If it continues, of course, that could be seen as grounds for action.
- Beyond that, however, I think it would very much be in your own interests to perhaps consult some of the lists that have recently been made, and are still being made, for the various religion related wikiprojects, and maybe make an effort to develop some of them. I have started such lists for many projects, and am still working on those for some of the broader groups, like Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, mythology, and the like. But like I said on the essay talk page, it is probably more useful and productive to provide clear evidence of notability and relevance in article space, by creating articles which are notabie and significant, unlike, perhaps, the Ebionite Jewish Community, than to engage in unwarranted aspersions on others, like the comment above, or even to write essays which in and of themselves have little if any effect on the content of articles.
