Behringer is a german company founded in its present form in 1989 that manufactures and sells musical equipment (such as mixing consoles, microphones and musical instruments. By compbining modern ways of running a company including manufacturing outsourced to China, they have managed to be a major player in the low cost segment of such eqipment.
Beheringer have also been accused of copying other manufacturers designs, including lawsuits from Alesis and Mackie.
