They base their degrees on an extensive "life experience review" which is performed by staff professors. Many years of management experience in a large organization may qualify you for a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, for example. A large number of applicants do not qualify for a degree through Almeda, only those with significant real-world experience are even considered. Alemda also offers theological degrees.
