Norman Lowell (born July 29, 1946) is the founder and leader of Imperium Europa, a Maltese movement promoting an amalgamation of sociopolitical ideas, mainly, Pan-europeanism, Libertarianism, Nationalism, and Environmentalism.
Recent years
In 2002, Lowell was banned from the Maltese media following some of his more racist comments on public television. Despite this, Norman Lowell has gathered an ever increasing number of adherents, partly because of his charisma, eccentric sense of humour and readiness to challenge local authority, but also due to his exploitation of the increasing tensions caused on the island by seemingly unsustainable numbers of illegal immigrants.
Norman Lowell contested the first European Parliament elections that were held in Malta on June 12 2004, obtaining a highly unexpected 1,603 first-count votes and thousands of second-count votes.

Malta is becoming a Nazi nest with so called patriots posing as anti illegal immigration. The illustrious leader of this tin-pot fascist party is Norman Lowell a man of perverted vision, who through his political party in Malta called Imperium Europa, with his sole aim being the extermination of Blacks, Arabs, Asians and Jews. They employ words like rodents, international enemy, tribe, rrrrr.
The media in Malta have been exposing this Nazi thug and his party's activities for a while now, but the government and the rest of the political establishment there has failed to act properly. A new phenomenon has hit the tiny Republic of Malta at the centre of the blue Mediterranean Sea. It goes by the name of Norman Lowell.
This schizophrenic humanoid freak declares himself born on a sacred island, God knows what he would have turned out to be was he to be born on a cursed island. On a website called Imperium Europa promoting his book called Credo, a kind of tin-pot type Mein Kampf, Lowell is described as a Banker (whether a merchant one it is not known at the present time) as well as an artist and martial arts expert! He lives in Attard, Malta and has already been taken to court twice on charges of racial hatred and slander. He has apparently lost one case and the other is pending in court "sine die" due to prosecution lack of attendance. It has been recently reported in Malta the police there intend on taking up this case and bring it to its logical and successfull conclusion.
His banking career is said to be interesting if not colourful. Sources have it that he was disgracefully sacked from the bank he worked at on charges of embezzlement. It is said that when the case finally got to court all proof went walkies, how convenient.
The artistic side of this freak is still to be decided. Sources have it that he fantasises of Maltese women being ravaged in their “ghonnella” (see picture below) by the holy and noble knights of Malta!
This self-declared leader of the neo-nazi movement in Malta called Imperium Europa envisages a world in which Whites become a master race with Africans and Arabs fenced in a continent wide type ghetto area from which they will not be allowed to move. He does allow for Arabs to trade – guess what – oil! As for Jews he has a ‘final solution’ and will expel Jews from all over the world, including Israel and imprison them on the island of New Caledonia. On this website this so called vision will be discussed in detail as this misfit in human form plans to turn the world into one big nazi ghetto with a new cosmic pagan religion. If you are now feeling this has eerie echoes of Hitler’s cursed regime of the 1930s – you are not wrong or too far off the mark. Jews, Arabs and Africans are not the only ones he plans to sort out! Even Maltese whose descent (how he will ascertain that only God knows) is not from the Knights of the Order of St John (also known as the Knights of Malta) will be eliminated calling them “il-Gaħan Malti” (Gaħan being an idiot). Those of noble descent he calls as part of the elite for whom he plans to build a pyramid in the centre of Malta at Mosta. That’s after he razes all buildings erect since the 1800s. Elsewhere, Asians will not fare better!

Sources have it that the prime farting Nazi asshole behind arch-Nazi freak Norman Lowell is a man called Charles Sammut. Though a lot is known about this humanoid it will suffice for now to limit this to the following. This Charles Sammutgoes by the nickname of Argo on the Maltese Nazi website called VivaMalta.org.
On VivaMalta.org, Argo whose real name is Charles Sammut writes a lot slandering the Church, Politicians, Blacks, illegal immigrants and Jews. He also wants to wear Imperium Europa’s new lapel pin with pride, though whether he has had the manhood to do so after campaigning others to is still to be seen!
Dear old Argo, whose real name is Charles Sammut, whom we do not know whether this bald freak actually wears the Nazi lapel pin or not, actually owns a restaurant in Paceville (in Malta of course) called Verve – Thai Fusion. This Nazi owned restaurant has also hosted a dinner for Malta’s own tin-pot fuehrer Norman Lowell on the 10th May 2005 at 20:00. It is thought the establishment is not under his ownership anymore and is therefore being refurbished under new management. This Charles Sammut is an interesting figure. It is unknown whether he is a financial backer of this Maltese Nazi enterprise, but has been involved with a now defunct group called Moviment Unita’ Nazzjonali (MUN). It is interesting to consider Norman Lowell aversion to so called moderate right wingers. It becomes even more interesting when one considers that Charles Sammut, who on VivaMalta.org is known as Argo, became the unofficial number two to humanoid Norman Lowell when the disbandment on MUN occurred. Sources claim that Charles Sammut is brainy and considering he is so anti illegal immigration and immigrants taking over Maltese jobs as Norman claims one see the harsh hypocrisy of these tin-pot fascists as soon as it becomes clear that Charles Sammut is engaged in such an activity, namely stealing jobs from the Maltese worker and employing Thai workers (apparently all above board) at his (if it indeed still his) restaurant in Paceville. It is known that when VivaMalta.org was in the process of listing those employers who employ foreign workers in Malta, he was not happy, and guess what – his restaurant is not in the list! Another of Norman's sad sidekicks is Mark Dawson, who on the Nazi hate site VivaMalta.org goes by the name of Marco Polo. When he is not busy shoving horse shit at his step-father's stables, drop him an email at marcopolo@vivamalta.org asking him to explain why he took Hitler's own Mein Kampf with him when he was arrested recently by the police for questioning in connection with incidences of arson on private citizens' property and had his laptop confiscated by the police. It is fair say to that it is not clear whether he was released without charges. Nazi Vision A worrying trend is boiling under the surface in Malta, a threat which in its shaping might develop into a tangible violence in Malta. A number of mysterious arson attacks on property of those either criticised by or who have actually criticised a certain individual in Malta have already taken place and are a serious development. Reference is made to the Nazi movement of Norman Lowell and himself. He is now unashamedly claiming Malta's immigration issues as part of a Jewish conspiracy to destroy the "white race". He has therefore set himself as an enemy of the Jewish people and is actively inciting hatred of and threatens the Jewish people in Malta.

This is indeed what could be termed as Norman Lowell's very own Mein Kampf. In it one can argue that one finds ramblings of an idiot, but so did people describe Hitler at the time! He commences his (what I call) "vision" document with a prediction, writing; "Indeed what, if any, are the dangers looming in front of us? Good questions that demand a detailed reply. This, in order that every one of us becomes conscious of the spectral scenario that lies just ahead. For the world political scene is about to precipitate: suddenly, cataclysmically. As with the disappearances of whole civilisations, the fall or radical change will be abrupt: not a gradual sliding down beneath the waves. The Mayas in Mexico are a classic example."
Which makes it even remarkable when he goes on and better still than a prophet gives us a specific date for all this to happen;
"In our case, that of Western Civilisation, all will precipitate and crystallize before 2012: Anno Zero! – That singular and special date in the history of our planet: our beloved Gaia."
One can be excused for inaction based on the above, but I promise you that what follows should at bare minimum place you all on guard! Following the above introduction, he immediately goes on to claim;
"After the two fratricidal wars, WWI and II, planned, perpetrated and prosecuted by our internal enemies..." whom he immediately identifies as; "those international-manipulators scattered throughout the globe..." according to him the world have had since then; "half a century of abject servitude to Financial Capitalism based in Washington and Bolshevist Communism centred in Moscow – both controlled by the same tribe." We will soon discover whom he identifies as "the tribe" and "international-manipulators" who according to him are the "internal enemies" of Westerners. He continues with chilling venom and claims; "The fall of Communism presented the tribe with the most serious threat to their existence since The Hero took them on in the 1930s. Never had they been so vulnerable, so exposed." The above is chilling as one can imagine who his "hero" from the 1930s is! This will become clearer as we read on. It is interesting at this point to expose his baseless hatred for the Jewish people and the ridiculous levels this reaches considering Norman Lowell is the same man who claims the holocaust to be a "holy-hoax", it is interesting to see here that his "hero" threatened Jewish existence in the 1930s. By what means could his "hero" have done this if the holocaust did not (according to him and others like him) occur!!! His diatribe continues and claims that this same "hidden enemy"; "had led us to bleed ourselves white for nearly a century." As his antisemitic ranting continue, he rightly points out the definition of antisemitic as "anti-Jewish" and slanders the Jewish people claiming they gave the world; 1. "the first Iraq war, when Saddam, a former staunch friend of the USA, was tricked by the US ambassador to Kuwait into believing that America would turn a blind eye when Saddam tried to re-take what is rightly Iraqi territory: that artificial, corrupt operetta state called Kuwait." 2. "Then they provoked the war in Serbia." 3. "Then came the 11th of September, 2001." 4. "And so we had Afghanistan..." 5. "And after Afghanistan we had Iraq II." He slanders the Jewish nation calling Israel a "terrorist state" and copying the Nazis in their propaganda films, callings Jewish people "rodents" who are now; "screaming for more bombs against Syria (because that is where Saddam hid his WMD!). Bombs against Iran (because they are building them). Bombs against Libya and Algeria (because they intend having them) and so on. The state of Shylock can never, ever be satisfied." Following his prediction of an implosion of the USA Federal Goverment that will set off in motion 6 months of worldwide events. It is interesting if not laughable to note that Norman Lowell seems to like the span of 6 months as he elsewhere claims in a video on the same mentioned website that he will solve Malta's immigration issues in... guess... 6 months! Back to our subject here, during these 6 months he predicts using unfounded allegations and outright fiction that; "Meanwhile, in the Middle East, the paranoid, terrorist state would seize the opportunity to expand its borders. With their two hundred or more nuclear weapons trained on the Heartland of Europe, they would feel unbridled. They would probably invade the tin-pot nation of Saudi Arabia -- a vast, underpopulated country with just a few cities on the coast. It would be easy for the tribe to occupy these cities and divest the huge, petroleum reserves from such a weak adversary. They would do as they please: massacre the Palestinians, occupy Lebanon, link up with Turkey, cut off Syria and Iraq from the Mediterranean. The international rodents would have a field day!" If the above is not worrying, he gives his solution to world order! These are the people claiming Jews want to dominate the world - the only people so far wanting to impose such a world order are the likes of Norman Lowell. In order to pre-empt what he claims to be; "And we know the international rodents would do anything to further de-stabilise and weaken the White race." He goes on and maintains that; "The Arabs have been our friends since World War I." And therefore banks Europe's salvation on them citing as proof for such that; "The Mufti of Jerusalem, the great Haj Amin al-Husayni, was the only person whom The Hero offered hospitality at the Imperial Palace in Berlin -- with the Palestinian flag flying higher than that of the Third Reich." There was a Palestinian flag then! I think the flag was adopted in 1964 at the creation of the PNC and PLO, possibly a little later. But his chilling account of future events in his world order continues (this time making no bones as to which country he has been referring to) with; "The Palestinian festering wound has now reached a stage where “Israel will fight till the last American” - as is presently happening with Iraq II. This must not be so for Europe. Europe must not follow Boobus Americanus in this folly. We have nothing to gain from Israel, except trouble. We have to leave Israel well alone to sink or swim on its own." And therefore, his; "...Imperium would liberate Palestine..." And now Norman Lowell comes to his final solution to the so called Jewish question, describing Israel as; "that viper’s den in the Middle East – that refuge; where every international rodent retires to, rests and recuperates after each destructive mission is accomplished within the host country." he concludes that his final solution; "to Israel and the whole Jewish problem has to be found, otherwise we shall never, ever have peace within the Imperium. As the Italians, in their inimitable style, put it; “Pace in tutto il mondo, con Israele sotto terra!” Clearer than this he cannot be! But alas he continues with his antisemitic tirade; "The Imperium will immediately adopt a hostile attitude to the bandit state. We cannot allow a psychotic, nuclear-powered nation on our doorstep; a constant threat to us. We will impose total economic sanctions, an embargo enforced by a maritime and aerial blockade. Economic collapse should follow within a few days and here, we will be in dire danger. The Masada complex could take over – they could bomb Rome and Berlin in a fit of Talmudic vengeance." and; "Should the tribe wish to come to an agreement, we could offer them New Caledonia (like Madagascar, it happens to be French!). A huge island in the sun, endowed with raw materials and vast, food growing potential. They will have to go disarmed and will never to allowed to re-arm. A constant air and naval surveillance program will ensure this. They will not be allowed to export or import. They will be made to learn to just live and let live. The tribe will be tested to prove their real, nation-building capabilities, this time without holocaust handouts and American largesse. – We shall see whether the parasite can live without a host. The international-manipulators would probably go to pieces within two years, tearing each other to bits." This therefore he claims is how; "the White Man, the Europid, the envy of the rest of humanity, could live in peace with himself within the vast borders of a planetary Imperium." He also attributes wars to Jews saying; "Battles of rich versus poor, petty nationalism always manipulated by the Judas goats." He does then go on to give the bright future for the world from then onwards. This site believes it has amply pointed out above, all from the horse's mouth, the evidence the Malta Police needs to establish that this man poses a real and tangible threat to peace and order in Malta. This is even more worrying when through the above mentioned website; one clearly sees these movements have contacts on an international level, particularly The Netherlands, Austria, UK and USA. This person has direct links with various right wing parties and people in Europe and beyond, people like Haider in Austria and the BNP in the UK. As regards the BNP, sources have it that Norman was deeply angered at their decision to field a Jewish candidate in the last British General Elections. It obviously contradicts his Nazi Hitlerian vision. The BNP claims not to be a fascist Nazi party – it would do well to distance itself from this declared Maltese Nazi should it require its name to be safeguarded in the UK. It is time Malta took action to eradicate this Nazi stain on its good name!
Malta in the future
If ever in power, Norman Lowell claims that all buildings post-dating 1800 will be razed to the ground. Exceptions for historical buildings of great value will be made, post dating 1800 by a few years. Valleta, Mdina, and the Three Cities will stand within sight of each other, countryside all around. An Arcology will be built right in the center of Malta, where Mosta stands presently. No vehicles will be allowed to pollute the island; an underground railway system will be the main means of transportation.
Norman Lowell's main focus is undoubtedly the "racial purity" of the island of Melita, as he calls it, but this often clouds other more important issues he speaks about. Norman Lowell calls for the creation of a National Unity Government, to rise above the pettiness of partisanism. He calls for a more rational, planned approach to building. It doesn't make sense, he says, to have an Industrial Estate (of all things) built facing on one of Malta's most picturesque areas. He also derides the government's inability to tackle the serious cultural and educational problems Malta's society is facing, whilst chasing after economic ghosts.
