Steven G. Kaplan (February 23, 1962; San Marino, California) co-founded Rainstorm Entertainment in 2002 with his brother-in-law, Gregg L. Daniel. Steven G. Kaplan is a producer or executive producer of fifteen independent films including FUCK, The Big Empty, "State of Control" and Terror Tract.
He is a graduate of San Marino High School, UCLA, and Loyola of Los Angeles Law School. He also attended Oxford University at Worchester College through the Stanford University program.
