Cody Rutledge Wilson (born January 31, 1988) is an American law student, self-proclaimed crypto-anarchist and a market anarchist. He is the founder and director of Defense Distributed, a non-profit organization that develops and publishes open source gun designs, so-called "Wiki Weapons," suitable for 3D printing.

Wilson is a second year law student at The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. He describes himself as being influenced by a wide array of anti-state and libertarian political thinkers.

Brian Doherty described Wilson as "more than just a gun guy," and also states that Wilson probably "is right about how it has to end: the people will have the power" in Reason magazine.

Wilson has been named one of the 15 most dangerous people in the world by Wired magazine.
