Indef blocked, talk page access removed
Based on a previous request , combined with current circumstances, I have indef'ed blocked this user and removed talk page access, without any prejudice to an unblock at a future date, at least 6 months from today. It is done out of respect for his sincere wishes and perhaps best interest. If R-41 ever wants to come back, sometime in the future, he should contact WP:BASC or read WP:GAB. Please note that any IP used by this editor should be blocked as a sock, preferably without a lot of drama, for as long as this block is in place.
