Help, I am asking to be unblocked and yet only receive Personal Attacks from administrators.

Let me put it this way: On July 1 you wrote "I 100% guarantee you that I will never do it again. Please unblock me, I 100% guarantee you I will not do anything bad ever again." On July 2 you created another sockpuppet. Apparently your guarantee didn't even hold a single day. Also, I don't see any personal attacks. You have been told of the standard offer.
