Luis D. Ortiz (born November 13, 1986 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico) is a licensed real estate salesperson working for Keller Williams NYC specializing in the real estate market located in New York City.
Ortiz is co-stars in the Bravo television series Million Dollar Listing New York, alongside Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant.
Ortiz has a twin brother named Daniel. He and his twin brother left Puerto Rico at the age of 16. After moving to New York, he lived in a Jewish community.
Ortiz attempted a quick career in film directing after raising $15,000 from New York restaurants and later entered real estate where he began in bait and switch rentals before moving on to sales, first with a $5.9 million apartment combination for a Goldman Sachs partner.
