This non-free media file should be replaced with a reduced version to comply with Misplaced Pages's non-free content policy and United States copyright law. A manual reduction has been requested. According to Misplaced Pages's policy for non-free content, the amount of copyrighted work used under fair use should be as little as possible. In particular, non-free media on Misplaced Pages should not be usable as substitutes for the original work. A high-resolution non-free image is questionable fair use and may be deleted per Misplaced Pages's copyright policy.

The size of an image may be reduced manually in an image editing program or by saving and re-uploading a suitably sized thumbnail.

Once a reduced version of this file has been uploaded: Please replace this template with {{subst:orfurrev}} (through source edit) or {{Orphaned non-free revisions|date=2 January 2025}} (through VisualEditor or Twinkle).

CopyrightedThis is a spoken word audio clip of a unique historic event, such as a speech by a public figure. The copyright for the speech is likely held by the author of the speech, and the copyright in the audio recording is most likely held by the creator of the audio recording. It is believed that the use of this audio clip for:
  • critical or historic commentary on the event in question,
  • in the absence of similar free material, and
  • where the audio clip is no larger and no higher quality than is necessary for the article,
  • on the English-language Misplaced Pages, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,

qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this audio clip, on Misplaced Pages or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Misplaced Pages:Fair use for more information.

CopyrightedThis is a sound sample from a song, movie, sound effect, or other audio recording that is currently copyrighted. The copyright for it may be owned by the company who made it or the author. For a song, it may also be owned by the person(s) who performed it. It is believed that the use of this work qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law when used on the English-language Misplaced Pages, hosted on servers in the U.S. by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, where:
  1. the sample is being used for commentary on the recording in question;
  2. the sample contributes significantly to the encyclopedia articles in which it is used (listed under the heading "File usage" below) in a way that cannot be duplicated by other forms of media;
  3. the sample is short in relation to the duration of the recorded track, and is of inferior quality to the original recording;
  4. no other samples from the same track are currently used in Misplaced Pages;
  5. there is no adequate free alternative available.

A more detailed fair use rationale should be provided by the user who uploaded this sample. Any other uses of this sample, on Misplaced Pages or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. If you are the copyright holder of this sample and you feel that its use here does not fall under "fair use", please see Misplaced Pages:Copyright problems for information on how to proceed.
