Because this article contains material about one or more trans men, it should adhere to Misplaced Pages's guideline on identity, even if it is not a biography. According to MOS:IDENTITY, such a man should be referred to using the gendered names and pronouns (e.g., "he", "his") that "reflect latest expressed gender self-identification." This applies in references to any phase of his life. Quotations and titles of published works may need to be handled as exceptions. Also please avoid phrases that seem logically impossible or distracting (e.g. use He became a parent..., not He gave birth to....) Finally, please note that this talk page is not a forum for expressing your own opinions about the statement that trans men are or are not men. If material violating this guideline is repeatedly inserted, or if there are other related issues, please report the issue to the WT:LGBT, or, in the case of living trans men, to WP:BLPN.
