Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is an Indian television drama that premiered on 12 January 2009 on Star Plus. The show, which focuses on the drama within the household of an Udaipur family, is produced by Rajan Shahi's Director's Kut Productions. The show is also dubbed in Tamil as Uravugal Thodarkathai and telecasted in Star Vijay.
Plot summary
Akshara(Archana in Tamil) is a homely girl and stays with her Parents and Grandma at Rajasthan. Naitik(Karthick in Tamil) is a business man who is caring and confident, with huge responsibilities. But after Akshara's Marriage with Naitik, she gets surrounded with new relationships, responsibilities and different situations in her life. The serial deals with how they face their family problems, solve them, help each other and love each other.
