IPs get the shaft
I am not a new editor. I've been editing as an IP for years. ... I honestly don't know why I stay in this hell-hole. I do know that all the pseudo-friendly welcoming notices aren't worth a rat's ass and will do nothing to retain editors. (Note: WP:POLEMIC text
