Charlie Ray (born Charlotte Ray Rosenberg on March 8, 1992) is an American actress best known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in Little Manhattan, a love story about two fifth-grade kids. Born in New York City, she is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California. Charlie also has a great passion for dancing, dancing since the age of 3 and Performing Routines at the age of five Charlie has studied Jazz, hip hop, Ballet and Tap.
