Use in Europe

Somebody edited in a statement about how European authorities mandate the use of intumescents. That is false. Authorities mandate code compliance. Whether you accomplish that with an intumescent or an endothermic or a plaster or a frizzle frazzle, is secondary. Reference needed for building code.
