I created 100+ articles and nowadays I tend to write only articles on subjects from which I am confident that they are notable (typical example: stub about a senior male footballer who played in at least one FIFA-recognized international football match). In these cases, "autopatrolled" could reduce the workload for reviewing the articles I make. Still, one question: whenever I am not totally sure about the notability of an upcoming article, it is possible to make sure that they WILL be reviewed by a human, for example by submitting a draft for review or by temporarily turning off this autopatrolled right? Thanks, Kareldorado (talk) 15:45, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
Autopatrolled does not prevent your article from being able to be reviewed anymore than not having it will ensure that it will actually be reviewed; it is just a filter that can be used to guide people patrolling new pages. Anyone can always use the article wizard to go through the creation process, and if you are not sure if your subject meets the inclusion guidelines this is a good way to go. If you just want more eyes on it, you can add some of the relevant cleanup templates to attract wikignomes. — xaosflux 02:26, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

Hello. I have created 46 articles in the English Misplaced Pages (at the time of request). While I understand that the standard requirement for autopatrolled rights is 50, I’ll explain why I’d like to see if I can have it now. Firstly, all of the articles I recently created are clearly sourced, many of which are already above stub standards and most of them have at least 5 independently verifiable sources (Examples: etc.) Secondly, many articles newly created by me are not reviewed yet. It would be much easier for new page patrollers if my new article edits are autopatrolled. In fact, except those unreviewed ones, all of the articles created by me recently passes reviews from numerous users, and I believe this indicates that my new articles meets the notability guidelines and are clearly sourced. I am planning to create even more articles related to Hong Kong politics and sports athletes, so it would save new page patrollers a lot of time if they need not review my new page edit. Now, I understand that some of the articles created by me back in pre-2011 times are not up to standard. That was because I just joined Misplaced Pages in 2009/2010, and I was unfamiliar with the notability and sourcing guidelines that time. However, recently I have tried my best to improve the sources and references of the articles I created back in the early days (Examples: ). I hope this all serve as prove that I understand WP:BLP and Misplaced Pages:Notability fully now, so other users can trust that new pages created by me are trustworthy and meets the guidelines. Therefore, to reduce the workload of new page patrollers, I am requesting for autopatrolled rights. Thanks. --Dps04 (talk) 18:17, 17 August 2014 (UTC)
Comment:: User now has 49 articles created. Cheers, Thanks, L235-Talk Ping when replying 00:13, 23 August 2014 (UTC)
Not done Please list 50 articles on your talk page (perhaps on a sub-page) when you're sure your sourcing issues are corrected. Then contact me or re-post here with a link to this discussion. I'm not approving your request due to lack of confidence in your sourcing. One of the last articles you've created No Biting has zero reliable citations (one from answers.com I think). That's just one example. Ngau Tam Mei, again, no references. And so on. Please do provide sources for all your articles first and then reapply. Wifione 10:59, 25 August 2014 (UTC)

I would like to request autopatrolled rights. I create many small to medium size articles about NRHP topics and feel I've demonstrated my competence and good faith in article creation. No need to add more burden to NPP than necessary. Kindzmarauli (talk) 21:21, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
(Non-administrator comment) user has only created 14 articles, most of them are stub like.  ΤheQ Editor  01:12, 23 August 2014 (UTC)
Not done. Nice clean articles but Autopatrolled is not a reward scheme. for competency. I see no reason to make an exception to the 50-article rule. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 17:51, 23 August 2014 (UTC)

I'm looking to become autopatrolled as a creator of more than 50 articles created (according to this tool, I've created almost 60, but this doesn't include expansions from redirects, as well as expansions that other users have made from redirects I've created). I've been creating mostly television-related articles semi-frequently as of now; I have a lot more in my backlog of drafts that I think it would help NPP to not have to review. 23W 05:42, 22 August 2014 (UTC)
