The 2014 World Series will be the 110th edition of Major League Baseball's championship series. The best-of-seven playoff will be played between the champions of the National League and the American League. The tentative start date is October 22, 2014.

The American League champion will have home field advantage for the series because of the American League's 5–3 victory in the All Star Game at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota on July 15. The World Series will be televised in the USA on Fox.
