This fetish is mostly portrayed as stories, or cartoonish drawings, and internet role play, since this is not possable in realitiy. The person with the fetish typically has a preference of eating people or wanting to be eaten by someone, and or if they want to be small (Micro), or big (Marco).
How this fetish develops is still currently unknown.
