40 Riverside Boulevard –

250 West Street developed by El-Ad Group

87 Chambers Street – A proposed new hotel in TriBeCa on the site of an historic building which collapsed in April 2009. Plans call for salvaged iron columns from the old building to be used in the new building. In February 2011, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission asked that the or[ginal design of the new building be rethought in order to portray a more historic look. The commission approved the re-design on April 12, 2011 as being consistent with the character of the historic district.

The Aldyn – Luxury rental apartment building on Manhattan’s West Side Highway.

The Ashley – Luxury rental apartment building on Manhattan’s West Side Highway.

The Continental

Silver Towers developed by Larry Silverstein

56 Leonard Street - GHWA is the local architect of record for this tower designed in conjunction with Herzog & DeMeuron.
