The Labour Campaign for Electoral Reform (LCER) is a movement within the Labour Party (UK) for electoral reform particularly of the first past the post system in House of Commons constituencies and the unelected House of Lords.

Originally founded as the Labour Study Group for Electoral Reform, it took its current name after the United Kingdom general election, 1979.

Its membership has included Stephen Twigg and Robin Cook
