Randy Shannon is the current defensive coordinator for the Miami Hurricanes college football team. He played linebacker for the Hurricanes in the mid 1980's, and the Dallas Cowboys thereafter. He is often rumored to be in the running for various NCAA and NFL head coaching vacancies.
