Aging and Disease is an open access peer-reviewed scholarly journal. This is the official journal of the International Society on Aging and Disease . The first issue of the journal was published in August 2010 . The frequency of this publication is every two months. The editors are Dr. Kunlin Jin (University of North Texas), Dr. Ashok Shetty (University of Texas at Austin) and Dr. David Greenberg (Buck Institute for Research on Aging).

Scope

The journal publishes original articles and review articles on central issues pertaining to biology of aging, pathophysiology of age-related diseases and novel treatments for diseases afflicting the elderly. These include molecular mechanisms affecting longevity, stem cell biology, role of stress, exercise and environment on disease progress and cellular and molecular therapies.
