"Tom Sizemore Sex Scandal" is a DVD video featuring actor Tom Sizemore having sex with multiple women, released by Vivid Entertainment , on October 19, 2005. The title suggesting that this was a secret celebrity sex tape filmed for Sizemore's personal use and then unknowingly obtained and leaked, causing a tabloid scandal.
The video footage on this release was shot in amateurish style and features Sizemore with three brunettes, one later identified as porn star Jersey Jaxin. Jersey Jaxin later reported to Wankus on KSEX radio show that the sex scenes were staged in a hotel room of the Chateau Marmont using paid porn actresses from World Modeling and herself. It was determined to be shot cheesy, POV-style to look authentic. Jaxin revealed "He's trying to do a Paris Hilton-thing"
Reports claim the Sizemore sex video was orchestrated Falcon Foto, all on the hush-hush, then "discovered" as some celebrity sex tape. Jason Tucker, President and Co-owner of Falcon Foto, a pornographic media business, was Sizemore's manager at the time and heavily promoted the video in the media. In 2010, Falcon Foto sued various porn site companies for copyright infringement of the Sizemore sex tape in Los Angeles, Ca.
Vivid Entertainment added a candid audio interview in which Sizemore talks about his early admiration for his ex-girlfriend former "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss and a night of raw sex with Paris Hilton in 2001. Hitlon denied all allegations and stated in media reports that "It's disappointing that Mr. Sizemore has to use my name to sell his DVDs."
Sizemore admittedly revealed that he had been suffering during this time from poor health, deep depression, severe financial and legal trouble and life threatening drug addiction and substance abuse. In 2004 he was tried and convicted of battering and making harassing calls to Fleiss. He was also found guilty of being under the influence and in possession of crystal methamphetamine. He was ordered to an inpatient drug rehab clinic in Los Angeles County. On Monday, October 17th 2005, the court put him on probation for three years. In 2007, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Cynthia Rayvis sentenced Sizemore to 16 months in prison after after authorities said they found methamphetamine in the actor's car May 8 in Bakersfield, a violation of his probation. The sentenced was later reduced for time served.
