Brooks Tomlin (born November 29, 1969) is the meterologist for the weekday edition on Eyewitness News This Morning on KYW-TV in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tomlin has his National Weather Association and American Meteorological Society seals of approval in addition to being an AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist. Tomlin is currently working on his PhD. Brooks joined the Eyewitness weather team on January 2, 2006
