DYK for Bangladeshi nationalism

Updated DYK queryOn 21 July 2014, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Bangladeshi nationalism, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Bangladeshi nationalism was popularized by President Ziaur Rahman as a substitute for Bengali nationalism? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Bangladeshi nationalism. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

North Bengal

Hi Kmzayeem
I was investigating some 'odd' recent edits to North Bengal and looking back through the page history it seems that the page has gone though a lot of changes over time.

I came across your edit here from February 2013 removing 5,693 bytes leaving 3,557. I was wondering if this may have been a mistake? Your summary said "Reverting vandalism or test edit", but appears to have removed text, some sources and an infobox. I'm not that familiar with this area of the world, so it may have been removing crap too. Could you explain your reasoning a bit more? Regards, 220 of 01:51, 28 August 2014 (UTC)

Hi! Actually the term "North Bengal" collectively refers to the northern Bangladesh and northern West Bengal. The problem with the edit was that it simply removed the information regarding the Bangladeshi part of North Bengal and added massive unsourced contents. Even many information in the infobox were actually about West Bengal but falsely put as North Bengal. --Zayeem 17:38, 28 August 2014 (UTC)

Cox's Bazar Beach

I created the stub today. Can you make some time to look at it? It really needs good editors to develop into the article it deserves to be. Also would you think of listing your name here? It makes it easier to find Bangladesh related editors. Aditya 13:23, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

That's an important article, I'll take a look. My name is already there, look for "K" in the list of "active members". Thanks. --Zayeem 09:02, 2 October 2014 (UTC)

Saiman Miah

Dear Zayeem, I invite you to express your opinion about the article deletion here. --Rossi101 (talk) 17:52, 6 October 2014 (UTC)Rossi101

Textiles of Bangladesh listed at Redirects for discussion

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Textiles of Bangladesh. Since you had some involvement with the Textiles of Bangladesh redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Yaksar (let's chat) 03:01, 2 November 2014 (UTC)

Here's a peace pipe

~~~ has invited you to smoke a peace pipe together! Smoking peace pipes promotes WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day happier. Spread the WikiLove by offering someone else a peace pipe, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend who just likes to smoke.
Spread the peace by adding {{subst:Peace pipe}} to someone's talk page! You can use a parameter to insert the name of the recipient and add your own text to the message with a second. Smoking this wiki-peace pipe does not affect your health.
Apologies for my behavior in Bangladeshi nationalism, which is a good article. Anyways, hope you're doing good.--Rainmaker23 (talk) 00:30, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
Thanks mate. You are doing a great service to Misplaced Pages but just don't lose your temper at times. Thanks again. --Zayeem 10:42, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
