Thanks for your all your efforts here! I watched No. 6 and I'm sure that it belongs -among others- to the Shonen-ai genre. However, I recognize now that a more reliable source than the ANN encyclopedia has to be provided. Anime fan & Misplaced Pages noob: Xclub (talk) 06:15, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

JoJo: Stardust Crusaders

Since Ryulong is 再起不能 due to other matters and clearly not budging, could you please weigh in on Talk:Stardust_Crusaders again?

My points: -It's the manga page. There is a page for the anime, and Crunchyroll-related material can go there. -The anime is an adapted work containing "filler" and other artistic details obviously not in the original manga. -Crunchyroll is subbing the anime (in a contract capacity, their subs aren't used in home releases). -CR translated those titles awkwardly to make a rhyming pun. -Similarly, Viz's titles are condensed due to adaptation reasons. -Neither fit on the page next to JP characters that read differently. IE: cognitive dissonance. -There's no need for a fourth set of "official" titles, as the page is crowded enough. -I believe the way it's been the past few years was fine. If Viz's titles were more thorough, I'd have put them up years ago. -Ryulong is biased (see: "awkward as fuck phrasing" in the page's History when reverting me) and seems to edit for his own sake besides.

Disambiguation link notification for March 26

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited The Testament of Sister New Devil, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Action (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

about the link you recently removed on the anime oage and called linkspam.

It is not link spam. What I was trying to do was just add a link to a unofficial anime show fan page. It does contribute to the article, by showing how people discuss and talk about anime. You might have mistaken it for link spam, probably because I any have improperly placed the link and the purpose of it in the wrong way. I do not intend to spam the anime page. I was just trying to help contribute. I hope you respond to this soon. Sincerely, Doorknob747 (talk) 00:37, 31 March 2015 (UTC)

Just want to add to my comments. According to Misplaced Pages rules, anything can be placed on the external links only if it accords to the rules that, it has to somehow relate to the topic of the page, and can not be promoting pornography, or anything illegal.). The link I placed has followed the guidelines and relates to the idea of anime. Doorknob747 (talk) 00:40, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
"go like the page and followit" You were promoting a Facebook page by encouraging people to like/follow it. That is the very definition of link spam. On top of that, unofficial fan page links are prohibited by WP:EL. —Farix (t | c) 00:45, 31 March 2015 (UTC)
