Reversion in TAP Portugal
I don't know what kind of reversion you may have made in TAP Portugal page according to your justification, since TAP Portugal doesn't fly to Tel Aviv, nor any other city in Asia. Nupest 0:10, 30 January 2014 (UTC)
Finding reliable source
Hi jetstremar I am runaparvin you told me if I want to add anything I have to add a reliable source but how can I add a reliable source changing the destinations? Please help me adding a reliable source but I can't understand why not you changing the page of us-bangla airlines.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Runaparvin (talk • contribs)
Now 18th worst disaster

Warsaw Chopin Airport
Hey. Can you take a look at this page? LOT Polish Airlines is ending 4 destinations from Warsaw (Chisnau, Zagreb, Belgrade, and Yeveran) beginning 1 July 2015 and there is a source but however a user is insisting that these routes are resuming in January 2016 and I have reverted his edits because the source provided doesn't state that services will resume. flynas wiki page
Dear Jetstreamer,
How do you do? I am the Web Content Manager for flynsa (KSA) and will be updating the wikipedia page for flynas going forward. THanks very much for your efforts so far in keeping the page up to date. I have already carried out some major editing to correct inaccurate information relating to our future network plans - we are not about to start a route to the US!
If you have any questions please let me know.
Regards,
Richard Slater rslater@flynas.com — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ramslater1 (talk • contribs) 13:53, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
- @Ramslater1: Don't have questions but a comment. What you did in this edit is an unexplained removal of content. I have reverted it because it is supported by a reliable source. Given that Flynas is not the official page of the airline and that it seems you're on the first steps of editing Misplaced Pages, I suggest you to read the core content policies. Best.--Jetstreamer 21:52, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
Dear Jetstreamer,
I have re removed the content and explained its deletion - the sources cited are reliable but well out of date (regarding potential new routes) and are all superseded by the much more recent articles referenced (17,31,32) which announced the end of the Global Routes Program and thus signified that the routes to destinations such as Nigeria and Chine will not happen. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ramslater1 (talk • contribs) 06:07, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
Apologies - I meant to write articles 17,27,28 - not 17,31,32. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ramslater1 (talk • contribs) 06:10, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
- I don't see anything wrong with mentioning that there were plans to start those routes despite the airline subsequently shelved them. The content has been restored and the Airline project has been informed about your actions. Again, the article is not the airline's official website and we have policies regarding content.--Jetstreamer 10:29, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
That's nice to know - I do see something wrong with providing outdated, erroneous information. Looking across several other airline pages, this is not standard practice at all. Appreciate it isn't the airline's official page, but shouldn't the information be as up to date and factually correct as possible? Ramslater1 (talk) 11:38, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
- The information is supported by reliable sources, as required by basic policies. That's enough for inclusion. And the information is not inaccurate, as it says the airline once intended to fly to some destinations. It doesn't claim it actually does.--Jetstreamer 21:17, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
MOS:FLAGS
Dear, just a quick word of appreciation for your efforts. If I knew how to implement it, I'd award you the seven-bladed propeller with radishes and garlic medal! Jan olieslagers (talk) 20:33, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
- @Jan olieslagers: Appreciate this, but please note that there seems to be people that do not agree with with you and me .--Jetstreamer 21:19, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
Ethiopian Airlines Flight 604: Revision history
Greetings, the change I made for this aviation accident was from the first source, "http://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=19880915-0" which had been previously sourced in the article after "At the time of the accident the aircraft was less than a year old" under source 1.
I would prefer to discuss the re-removal before there is another revert as to prevent WP:3RR. My main reasoning behind adding this was the fact that the majority of other major airline disasters have the accident description from either the FAA/ICAO. I am personally reading it, but adding the source as well as well as changing it slightly to add another link within the article to bird strike. --KoRoBeNiKi SSBWiki Rollback Moderator and chess specialist 13:29, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
- Bird strike as a possible cause of the accident was already mentioned in the first paragraph of the ″Accident description″ section. I've reverted your edit. And please check your spelling before hitting the ″Save changes″ button.--Jetstreamer 00:50, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
Re: 1979 Dniprodzerzhynsk mid-air collisіon
Hello, Jetstreamer. You have new messages at Amateur55's talk page. You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.
Template:Date
I noticed your recent edit to Aeroflot. There are good reasons why {{date}} should not be used in mainspace, and especially not to supply an argument to citation templates:
- See Template:Date#Description. Note that it says, in bold, "This template should only be used internally in other templates." In other words, it should not be used directly within mainspace articles, but only as a sub-template within another template.
- This is reinforced in the citation template documentation. See Template:Cite_news#COinS: Use of templates within the citation template is discouraged because many of these templates will add extraneous HTML or CSS that will be rendered in the metadata.
I would add that {{date}} in this context is pointless: it does nothing useful and merely serves to clutter up the article.
I have therefore removed these templates from Aeroflot. Regards, NSH002 (talk) 17:11, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
List of Braathens destinations
I need your help. An IP continue to restore flags to that list as WP:AIRLINE-DEST-LIST and MOS:FLAGS says no flags in airline destination list. The IP will revert again. However, I have left a message at his talk page, directing him to the links provided, I have also requested semi-protection to the article. Can you keep an eye on the page. Thanks! 97.85.113.113 (talk) 06:05, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
difference between revisions
Hello Jetstreamer,
You talked about reliable source but my source was Misplaced Pages and I have done this change according to following link; https://en.wikipedia.org/List_of_the_world%27s_busiest_airports_by_passenger_traffic , so please do this change to my name or to your name by yourself and do the corrections.

Air Arabia Maroc wants to update their Misplaced Pages pages, but you sir undid all the editing, the infos available on the page are outdated and need refreshing — Preceding unsigned comment added by AAMaroc (talk • contribs) 14:30, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
- There's no need to duplicate the content of Air Arabia Maroc destinations so I'm removing the destinations list.--Jetstreamer 14:53, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
Dear talk:Jetstreamer @Jetstreamer, you removed all the updates, Will keep the same template and destinations on a separate wiki, but we'll need to update the pages, Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by AAMaroc (talk • contribs) 15:02, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
