Disambiguation link notification for December 5
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of Sinister Six members, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Wolverine (comics). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Rumor site material on Sinister Six and The Gentleman
Thank you for your contributions. One of your recent contributions has been reverted or removed, because it contains speculative or unconfirmed information about a future event. Please only add material about future events if it is verifiable, based on a reliable source. Thank you. ComicsAreJustAllRight (talk) 23:05, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
Edit-warring
You appear to be edit-warring on two different pages (Gothem (tv series), and Joker in other media) about the same topic. I'd urge you to stop and use the discussion page to sort out a solution - as I've asked you to do no less than three different times. I've reverted you in Gotham yet again. If you choose to post a comment and revert yet again, I will be forced to file in 3RR. This is not a threat; it is a wake-up call to help you realize that you are have to edit collaboratively, or you will not edit at all. Use the discussion page, please. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 14:44, 9 March 2015 (UTC)

Disruptive editing?
Ypu'r eprobably going to find me a LOT more easy to work with if you take a moment to see why I am removing ncited information instead of reverting it all and calling it "disruptive." It's kind of a dick move to do that. If you have a problem with it, open a discussion about it. I am going to remove any cited connection that doesn't come with a reference from a reliable source tying the characters from the series to those in the comic books. Don't like it? Find a source. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 03:15, 21 April 2015 (UTC)

Inactive villains
The inactive villains list probably won't be an inactive villains list for long. I am not sure I want to count Spencer Smythe who has an important legacy in his son and also had plenty of media appearances to appear there. I feel the same way to Demogoblin too. I think I want the list to stick to lesser foes. Thoughts? Jhenderson 20:56, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
- @Jhenderson Perhaps it would be better to change the name of the Inactive Villains section or better elaborate on what the criteria is.
- I had a similar thought when thinking about Spencer Smythe's son, Alistair Smythe. While Alistair Smythe is currently dead, his death was relatively recent (in 2011, if I remember correctly) and he has a major role in a lot of stories prior to his death. Same goes for Spencer Smythe, because for the longest time in the comics it was just Spencer Smythe. There was no Alistair Smythe and Spencer was the villain in charge of the Spider Slayers. This obviously lasted until the character was killed off.
- One concern I also have is that, because we are dealing with comic book characters and ongoing comic continuity, dead characters can easily be resurrected, character deaths can be retconned and continuity can be re-written. While I think an Inactive Villains section CAN work, I think it may be a bit tricky and we would need to set a clear criteria for a villain to apply for the section. Darkknight2149 (talk) 21:56, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you for addition of sources. I did have some problem with one of the sources (but that's ok since you had enough). They will need more touch ups but overall you did make most of what I planned to do easier. I feel like you want the addition of most of the characters back. Just letting you know that all the old characters are still here if you ever feel like adding them on the page. Jhenderson 02:19, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- @Jhenderson Okay, thanks! Darkknight2149 (talk) 02:31, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- I noticed your comment the first time you posted it on my sandbox page. If you are wanting my opinion then I mostly agree with you BUT at the same time I may note that the Gentleman was the only multi-media character that isn't a comic book character on the Spider-Man enemies in other media section. Hi, I'm proposing using Alex Ross' image of Superman in the Superman article's infobox. The proposal on the talk page can be found here. Please let me know what you think. Thanks! JosephSpiral (talk) 22:53, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
AN/I filed
Not regarding you, but instead the anon who posted his hateful little screed on your talk page. He was blocked the last time he did it, and has been off the block for less than a week before doing it again, this time to you. I've filed the AN/I report here, asking for a significantly longer block, as the user seems to be having trouble getting the point. You are invited to add your voice to the complaint, if you so desire. - Jack Sebastian (talk) 01:27, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
