The T.C.S. (CV-40) Victory is a fictional light carrier in the computer game Wing Commander III. Colonel Christopher Blair served on the T.C.S. Victory during the last stages of the Kilrathi War. At that time the Victory was an old ship with a long history of service to the Terran Confederation and was jokingly referred to as 'Tin Can Sally'. After the war the Victory was retired but preserved as an orbital museum.
