On April 8th 2004 Mr Amanat filed a $1.5 billion lawsuit against E*Trade and shortly thereafter Etrade filed a counterclaim for $20 million.

Let me reiterate...I am not slandering Omar. Everything I write is factual. To clarify who our suit is against...

Our case is case number 04-12078. The Debtors named in the claim are Market XT Holdings Corp, a/k/a Tcorp Technologies LLC, Tradescape Corp and Tradescape.com Inc.

I am confident that the judge will eventual find in our favor, however lawyers are very expensive and this case has already been in the system for 4 years. The legal system moves very slowly.

anyway as promised, the facts are below.

You Can Delete this all you want.....But I will continue to re enter this truthful information, every day until Omar makes good on his promissory note that I hold. Call it what you want...but it is not slander or libel, because everything I am writing here is factual and totally truthful.

Omar and John Araneo, if you want me to go away and stop making these postings...it is very simple. Pay me the money I earned while trading under you and promised to me with Omar's signature on the Promissory Note.

- - I would like to share with you a little information about Omar Amanat. - -

- My name is Dennis Lowenfels and I was a Rebate Trader under Omar at a company called Market XT. Omar Amanat was the CEO of Market XT and/or Tradescape.

- Tradescape corp and market XT, being run by Omar decided to not pay me a large percentage of the money I earned while working under him, pursuant to our trading agreement/contract. - - I worked with a group of 40 or so traders under Omar for MarketXT, a subsidiary of Tradescape. - Once a lawsuit was brought by us against Omar, Market XT was bankrupted and we were left us with Promisary notes that he never made good on. - Omar, as per the details of the promissory note, owes me over $30,000 with the lump sum and interest. This may not be a lot of money for most people, but it is a lot to me. He left owing the 40 traders a total of 1.4 million dollars. - - Omar, how can you sleep at night???? - - Given my bad experience in dealing with companies run by Omar, I strongly urge people to think twice about doing business with Omar Amanat. We took Omar to court, but we are currently in line with several other cases against Mr. Amanat. Our case is being handled by a prestigious long Island law firm. It has been in the courts for 4 years already, with no end in site for the near future. - -I don't know if the little guy can win in the legal system...but if there is any justice in this legal system, then we will win and get paid the money we earned. I have proof of everything I am saying...documented evidence. If you have any questions I can be reached at barkleyparamus@yahoo.com. I would be more than happy to provide you with documentation proving all of my allegations. - -

I have old paystubs...All of my old trading records, the promissory note and our claim against Market XT, Tradescape, etc...

As stated prior, Our case is case number 04-12078. The Debtors named in the claim are Market XT Holdings Corp, a/k/a Tcorp Technologies LLC, Tradescape Corp and Tradescape.com Inc.

Omar, although I am not sure if he was or was not named personally in the cse, was the CEO of Market XT, I'm not sure of what his exact title was in these other intertwined companies...however I do know that he was high up in all of them. ( I believe he was CEO of Tradescape as well, but I am not 100% certain and I don't want to muddy my posting with something that I am not certain of.)

The money owed to me is pursuant to the Promissory note I hold, personally signed by the CEO of Market XT, Omar Amanat
