Dag Meoushan (Template:Lang-he:דג מעושן means smoked fish) is a dish made of smoked trout. it is traditionally eaten as part of meze, especially at breakfast, trout can be found in stream and rivers across the country as well as in the Sea of Galilee, sometimes rosemary leaves are added.
Trouts can be found in streams and rivers from the nothern parts of southern Israel to the north of the country.
