Rschen7754 In a case of exceptionally poor timing I just finished making this report Misplaced Pages:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement#TruthIsDivine you may wish to drop in and shortcircuit the report since he's already blocked, but with the personal attacks and edit warring, I think WP:NOTHERE may be in play.
