This is a partial list of oldest living people in the world, according to sources associated with the Gerontology Research Group, the recognized authority on extreme longevity. The GRG serves as consultant for Guinness World Records. All the people included in this list are supercentenarians (at least 110 years old).

The actual number of living supercentenarians has been estimated at 150 and 600. The true number of living supercentenarians is uncertain because not all supercentenarians are known to researchers at a given time and also because some supercentenarian claims are unproven.

On 17 June 2015, Guinness World Records recognized American woman Susannah Mushatt Jones, who was then 115 years 346 days old, as the world's oldest living person.
