Nəsirvaz (also, Nasirvas) is a village in the Ordubad Rayon of Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan. It is in the municipality of the Bist village. It is located in the near of the Ordubad-Nurgut highway, in the north-west from the district center, on the foothill. People of the village is busy with gardening, beekeeping, animal husbandry. There are primary school and a medical center in the village. It has a population of 157.

History

Nasirvaz been one of the cultural centers of Nakhchivan. In the village has an Alban Church of the V century. Petroglyphs have been found near the village (Gamigaya). In the area known as "Nabi land" besides the rock carvings also has artifacts from the Bronze and Iron of the medieval period and as well as the interesting tombstones.
