  • Macedonians (ethnic group), the South Eastern ethnic group primarily associated with the Republic of Macedonia & cross border regions due to the Buchurest Treaty in 1913 & division of geographical Macedonia between Serbia, todays Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria & Greece who deny all existance of a Macedonain People & State.
  • Macedonians (in Greece), the Macedonian people from the region of Agean Macedonia
  • Ancient Macedonians, an ancient Balkan tribe associated with the ancient region and kingdom of Macedonia
  • Macedonians (in Bulgaria), Macedonian people from the region of Pirin Macedonia
  • Macedo-Romanians, an older term for Aromanians, a small eastern Romance ethno-linguistic group from the region of Macedonia
