Briscoe Cain is a Texas politician. He is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing the 128th District. In the 2016 Republican primary election, Cain defeated incumbent Wayne Smith by 23 votes. In the general election, Cain defeated Libertarian candidate Ken Lowder.
