3. This should and most likely be used only on the article for the album it depicts.
4. This image is widely distributed in other venues, so its use on Misplaced Pages does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is.
5. This image meets all general Misplaced Pages content requirements and is encyclopedic.
6. The image significantly illustrates the object of the article.
7. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the album in any way.
8. The cover is being used for educational and informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original album in any way, or deprive its copyright holders of any financial gain.
