Opening sequence
The original opening sequence began with a clock saying 5:30 in a circle on a black background, and the circle zooms in. Then the music starts playing, and it shows a hand turning off the alarm, and turning on the light. Then it shows the feet hitting the floor, leaving his house with a fishing rod, getting into his pickup truck, and driving away, the back of the motorboat, an exterior shot of the house, an answering machine, and silhouette of Parker fishing in the morning, which transforms into a still image as the show's logo appeared. Finally, it opens up like a book to reveal a still drawing of Parker himself, with his signature on it.
