Massie is extremely rich and is the most popular girl at her school, apart from Chloe, in Hull. Massie is described as having glossy brown hair, blue eyes, and a perfect white smile, except for that little piece of lettuce between her two front teeth. Massie is the leader of the clique (aka The Pretty Committee) and is the prettiest. Massie is known for her wit, cleverness, and her popularity. She is also the main caracter of the series along with Alicia and Dylan. Massie is 14 years old and in 8th grade. Though there is no indication of the exact date, Massie's birthday is in February.
She has been increasing in popularity with posers, on the Lisi Harrison forum website (forum link). Posers love to pretend to be her and have fun doing so. Others replicate the other members, Kristen, Alicia, and Dylan. Sometimes Claire. But mostly Massie. Apparently Massie is the "alpha" while Alicia is the "beta". Kristen/Dylan is "tetra".
Her main goal is to continue being the most fashionable and popular girl at OCD. She is very secretive when it comes to her own personal problems, and always wants everyone else to think that her life is always perfect, even when it is not. She is often misunderstood because she is too cool for everyone, and usually panics when she breaks a fingernail. She gets pushy when her friends frustrate her, and surprisingly, they always let her step over them. Every once in a while she learns her lesson, but she always knows how to get exactly what she wants. Massie can be very mean to people she doesn't like especially one that she seems uncool.]]
