Basil Iwanyk (born January 4, 1970) is an American film producer. He is the founder of Thunder Road Films and most known for Sicario, The Town and the John Wick franchise. His films have earned more than $2 billion internationally as of 2017.

Basil founded Thunder Road Films in 2004. Upcoming film credits include: the action crime-thriller Sicario: Day of the Soldado, starring Benicio del Toro and Josh Brolin reprising their respective roles from 2015’s Sicario, A Star Is Born starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga; The Current War, an upcoming American biographical historical film, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Michael Shannon; the Dev Patel and Armie Hammer starrer Hotel Mumbai; HOOD, a gritty reimagining of the classic Robin Hood tale starring Taron Egerton and Jamie Foxx; the action thriller THREE SECONDS starring Joel Kinnaman, Rosamund Pike, Common and Clive Owen; and A PRIVATE WAR, starring Rosamund Pike and Jamie Dornan, with Matthew Heineman directing. Thunder Road is currently in pre-production on the third installment of the popular JOHN WICK franchise, starring Keanu Reeves.
