Mary Gill (Template:Lang-ur; born 28 August 1985) is a Pakistani politician who has been a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, since May 2013.

Early life and education

She was born on 28 August 1985.

She earned the degrees of Bachelor of Arts (Hons) with Roll of Honour in 2004 from Lahore College for Women University. In 2007, she received a degree of Bachelor of Laws.

Political career

She was elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (N) on a reserved seat for women in Pakistani general election, 2013. Recently, Miss Mary Gill has been accused of illegal land grabbing. The case came up when a young Christian Pakistani lady claimed that Miss Gill teamed up with her father Mr. Raja Nathanial Gill to frame false police cases against her family, in order to grab their church land illegally. The case was taken notice of by the Punjab CM Mr. Shabaz Sharif after the young lady's tweet. Reportedly, recently Miss Gill's father resides in allegedly illegally grabbed graveyard land. However, Miss Gill publicly dismissed any connection to the case, but false report's against the said lady's family to the police were made on Miss Gill's official letter head.
