Kaka Joginder Singh (1918 - 23 December, 1998) (alias Dharti Pakad) was born in Gujranwala (now in Pakistan). He is best known for having contested and lost over 300 elections in India.

Death

According to his family, Kaka was hospitalised after a paralysis attack on December 19, 1998. He died on December 223, 1998 from complications.
